Stand by people.Together with people.
Abol Tabol is a grassroots social welfare initiative working alongside communities to make everyday life a little better — through food, emergency support, health assistance, children's initiatives and acts of dignity.
Why we exist
We don't believe in standing above people. We believe in standing beside them.
Since 2019, Abol Tabol has grown from a simple idea: when people come together, even a small act of kindness can create meaningful change.
From a ₹5 meal to emergency relief, from helping families during difficult times to creating moments of joy for children — our work begins with people and stays close to the community.

Our work
Different needs. One commitment.
We work where support can make a real difference — from putting food on a plate to helping communities respond when life takes an unexpected turn.
₹5 MEAL
A simple contribution.
A meaningful meal.
Our signature initiative
A meal should never cost someone's dignity.
What began as a simple idea became one of Abol Tabol's most meaningful initiatives — serving a freshly prepared meal for just ₹5.
The initiative brings together volunteers, supporters and communities around something fundamental: food, dignity and human connection.

From a meal to a moment of hope.
Stories from the field

Change doesn't always begin with something big.
Sometimes it begins with one person showing up.
- One meal.
- One helping hand.
- One family supported.
- One child made to smile.
- One community choosing to care.
Together, these moments become something bigger.
Our community. Our responsibility.
Development should not mean losing our green.
Through the Save the Green Dhupguri Railway Station initiative, Abol Tabol is working to encourage environmental awareness and protect the green character of a place that belongs to the community.
